Willis considers himself to be a regular dad with an amazing wife and three little girls; just trying to figure out how to lead his family well. He and his wife own several dental practices and he spends most days coaching others in leadership and people management.
After more than 10 years of ministry in various settings, he found himself drawn to the richness of historic Christian practice and is now excited to share that journey with other dads through this podcast.
Joe considers himself to be the most complex individual within the confines of his brain, but outside that, most would say the same of him that they do of Willis. He’s a regular dad with a wife and three kids. He enjoys reading as well as learning the craft of knifemaking.
After several years in pastoral ministry, he left in 2017 and has since been running his graphic design studio, Decree Design Co.®, where he provides branding and design work for clients from all locations and in all industries. He is excited to share his theological journey and learn how to better lead his wife in children through The Liturgical Dad.
